Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy, and we have created this Privacy Policy as part of our Terms of Service to explain what information we collect, how your information is collected, and how we may use it on our website logeto.com, our client applications, and other websites and services that we operate.

As you will see in the Policy, we only use the information collected to improve our services for our users. If after reviewing the Policy you have any further questions, please contact us at support@logeto.com.


Definitions


  1. The terms "Provider", "User", "Terms", "Service" have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The license agreement is deemed to be conclude by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions published at http://www.raportpracy.pl/businessterms/ by the User.
  3. Within this legal relationship, Provider will be the administrator of the User’s personal data for the purpose of implementing a contractual relationship and for marketing purposes under Article 4 point 7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter: "GDPR").



What information do we have about you?


  1. The application stores your first and last name, e-mail, telephone, billing information and other information that you have entered during account creation and/or filled in your account settings in a secured database.
  2. The application stores your IP address and sends you cookies, which we use to make your movement around the site and application faster and so do not need to ask for a password whenever you want to go to another page.
  3. The databases store information and all application data that you enter.
  4. Not all information is considered by us to be sensitive information about individuals. However, we protect them as if they were in accordance with the strict protection of personal data within the European Union and the Czech Republic, which puts the privacy of persons at the forefront.



How do we work with the information?


  1. Your data are safe with us. We do not sell, lend, rent or give them away, nor do we allow them to be misused.
  2. Your application logs are only accessible to you and the people you entrust them to. We do not even access your application data, everything is solved automatically.
  3. You can export and back up all of your data from the app at any time and find out what we have saved about you.
  4. In case you decide to delete your account we will delete all your data.
  5. The data provided by you can be used for marketing purposes, i.e. to disseminate commercial messages about the actual Provider’s service. The User provides his or her personal data voluntarily and agrees to their processing. Approval is given for the duration of the Contract and can be revoked at any time.
  6. The list of subcontractors is available bellow in the section “List of processors”.
  7. Provider is not authorized to process personal data beyond or in violation of these terms without the User’s direct consent. This consent can be provided in any form of communication (email, phone, form confirmation in the application etc.) with Provider.
  8. Under Article 22 of the GDPR, Provider does not automatically make individual decisions.
  9. If we come to a situation where the legal obligation requires us to make data available to law enforcement agencies, we will thoroughly investigate the whole situation if we really have this duty. No authorities of any other state can order us to perform this step, only through the authorities of the Czech Republic. These decisions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic and EU directives, which protect the personal data of the individual to a great extent.
  10. All application data are stored and backed up in Azure and Master internet data centers. The terms of use of the service expressly forbid using Logeto for any illegal activity.



Why do we save your data?


  1. It helps the app to work better. It can learn something about you, provide you with the information you care about and need and can offer you data in the context of other records and be of more help to you.
  2. To communicate with you. We are able to quickly respond to your queries, clarify all the confusion, tell you information about new features and their changes, and thank you for using our service.



Rights of the User


  1. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data for all purposes mentioned above, to their correction and the right to delete them.
  2. If you request information about the scope or manner of processing your personal data, we will provide you with this information as soon as possible within one month of receipt of the request.
  3. You have the right to be provided with information about the processing of personal data. In the case of a repeated, unjustified request, we are entitled to charge you a reasonable administrative fee for the costs associated with your request.



Deleting data


  1. An account can be canceled at any time by the account administrator by clicking on the "Delete Account" button in the Web Application Settings section. This is the sole responsibility of the User. Provider will erase all User data associated with the Service no later than 90 days after deletion of the account.
  2. If any User account remains inactive for 6 months, it will be deactivated. No later than 1 year after the account is deactivated, it is deleted and Provider erases all data associated with the Service.
  3. Violations of any part of the Terms by the User may be grounds for the immediate cancellation of the User’s account and the deletion of all data associated with it.
  4. Once you cancel your Logeto account, we still store the following dates:
    • Correspondence and online interviews that the User had when dealing with their email support queries or other online chat tools (such as Intercom, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, ...)
    • Completed polls



The use of cookies


The Logeto application uses so called cookies. It is allowing us to make your work with the system more comfortable and enjoyable. They help us find out which parts of the system you use and improve the application to make it as usable and useful as possible for you. By using Logeto, you agree to the use of cookies. The application, like most others, needs cookies to function well. If you wish to withdraw this consent now or at any time, stop using the application and delete your account.




Processing Contract

What data do we process?


  1. The databases store information and all application data that you enter, such as work details, contract, locality, etc.
  2. We process your data only for the purpose of providing the Logeto service under the terms of use and technical support within the scope of normal personal data.
  3. We undertake to process the personal data entered by the User into Logeto only for the purpose of technically securing the operation of the service (data storage, backup and the proper running and functioning of the service).



What do we do with the data and how do we process it?


  1. Personal data are processed to perform all the activities required to provide the service in the forms of the terms of use (including, for example, support).
  2. We undertake to process the User’s personal data to the extent and for the purposes set forth in this Contract. Provider will collect, store on information carriers, keep and delete personal information as part of processing.
  3. The User grants Provider general permission to involve another personal data processor in the processing of personal data. Provider must impose on its subcontractors in the position of personal data processors the same data protection obligations as set out in these terms.
  4. The list of subcontractors is available bellow in the section “List of processors”.
  5. If you want to be informed about future changes in the list of subcontractors, you can request it by writing to support@logeto.com. We will inform you, no later than 14 days before the change is made. You can object within a given deadline These objections must include a documented violation of the given sub-contractor’s privacy policy.
  6. In serious cases where data security or service performance is compromised, we have the right to change subcontractors without prior notice. We will remind you of such a change ex-post and this is without prejudice to your right to express a legitimate objection.
  7. We undertake that the processing of personal data will be ensured in particular in the following ways:
    • We have adopted and will maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of risk to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to, the modification, destruction or loss of data, unauthorized transfers, other unauthorized processing, and other misuse.
    • Authorized persons of Provider, who process personal data under these terms are required to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures whose disclosure would jeopardize their security. We will ensure their demonstrable commitment to this duty, and this obligation of the authorized persons will last even after the termination of the employment or other relationship with Provider.



The right to export data


You have the right at any time to export your data directly in the web application. Another way to export data is through the API.




Deleting data


  1. An account can be canceled at any time by the account administrator by clicking on the "Delete Account" button in the Web Application Settings section. This is the sole responsibility of the User. Provider will erase all User data associated with the Service no later than 90 days after deletion of the account.
  2. If any User account remains inactive for 6 months, it will be deactivated. Account is deleted and Provider erases all data associated with the Service no later than 1 year after the account is deactivated.
  3. It will also irrevocably remove data from your backups within 120 days of deleting your account.
  4. Violations of any part of the Terms by the User may be grounds for the immediate cancellation of the User’s account and the deletion of all data associated with it.
  5. Once you cancel your Logeto account, we still store the following data:
    • Correspondence and online interviews that the User had when solving their email support queries or other online chat tools (such as Intercom, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, ...)
    • Completed polls



The duration of the Processing Contract and expiry


  1. The duration of the Processing Contract is dependent on the duration of the Contract; therefore, the effectiveness of the Processing Contract is maximally the length of the duration of the Contract.
  2. If the Contract expires, the effectiveness of the Processing Contract is terminated the same day.
  3. We undertake that, even after termination of the Processing Contract, we will maintain confidentiality about the Personal Data we have access to in connection with the performance of the Contract and will continue to comply with the security measures to protect these Personal Data of the User under the Processing Contract and to maintain confidentiality about these security measures.
